Make a List of Things We Grateful for
Some of us may use to complain over small things such as when we have too much work, or if you have no money.  Be careful, don't do these habits too often. If one day you are faced with a problem that makes you complain, try to remember the good things that you have enjoyed in life. Also, making a list of things to be grateful for can also make your life happier.


Always thankful
Getting used to being thankful is a good habit that needs to be done continuously. With gratitude, you will be more easily grateful for this life. Thank you that you say every time you receive goodness from others will also familiarize yourself to always be grateful for the good things you receive.


Take lessons from each event.
If you want to be grateful, you need to learn to see the positive side of any situation. Stop whining and complaining and start thinking about things that can make you happy, not things that frustrate you. Place everything in the right perspective. You might be upset about failing a math exam, but you don't experience financial problems. Remember that there are always people whose problems harder than your problems, and focus on staying positive and happy with the things you have.

People who are not grateful always blame others for their problems and think that the bad things that happened are not their fault. If you want to be a grateful person, stop thinking that the world, your teacher, your boss, your friends, or your family are all attacking you, then focus on finding ways that can help make your life easier.
Take control of your life. Stop thinking that you are a victim of a bad situation and focus on the things in your life that is indeed good.


Try to Look at People Around You.
When you feel complaining too often, try to look around. Of course there are many people whose lives are not as lucky as you. For example, orphans, motorbike taxi drivers who have to work day and night, women and small children who live in conflict areas, construction workers who are willing to help bones for the needs of their families and many other examples. Try to imagine now, how lucky you are to have enough facilities and sustenance, even more than them. If you always get used to 'looking' down, you will surely realize that you are far more fortunate than other people on this earth. So, there is no reason not to be grateful right?
